According to the Turkish law on Foreigners and International Protection no. 6458, all foreigners applying for visa to Türkiye are required to submit a valid health insurance covering the duration of visa.

Minimum insurance conditions:

1- Coverage for medical treatment of acute disease or illness (minimum assurance limit is 30.000 EUR),

2- Coverage for transfer or travel to the nearest medical facility where the insured can receive the treatment,

3- Coverage for transfer to the residence address of the insured after being discharged,

4- Coverage for transfer of the deceased insured.
